摘 要:草楼铁矿矿体厚大,采场结构参数大,开采设计要求-290 m中段留设顶柱,顶柱厚度大小直接关系到矿山效益,顶柱厚度越大,安全性越好,但矿石损失率大,反之则安全性差,矿石损失率小,经济效益好。确定合理的顶柱厚度对矿山来说至关重要。综合四种常规顶柱厚度计算方法,采用最小二乘法对四种方法平均值进行线性拟合,推荐了顶柱合理厚度为15 m,并采用数值模拟对顶柱开采安全分析同时提出合理安全措施,矿山按推荐厚度进行试采,顶柱处于稳定状态,为霍邱地区相似矿山顶柱留设提供了参考范例。Caolou iron mine has large ore body thickness and large stope structural parameters,and the mining design requires that the top pillar should be set in the middle section of-290 m.The thickness of the top pillar is directly related to the mine benefit.The greater the thickness of the top pillar,the better the safety,but the greater the ore loss rate,on the other hand,the worse the safety,the smaller the ore loss rate and the better the economic benefit,In this paper,four conventional roof pillar thickness calculation methods are integrated,the least square method is used to carry out linear fitting to the average value of the four methods,and the reasonable roof pillar thickness is recommended to be 15 m,and the numerical simulation is adopted to analyze the mining safety of the roof pillar and reasonable safety measures are proposed.The mine is tested according to the recommended thickness,and the roof pillar is in a stable state.It provides a reference example for a similar mine top pillar in the Huoqiu area.
