摘 要:电子设备散热方式,有自然冷却、强迫空气冷却、强迫液冷等。针对于舰船舱内电子设备降噪声、散热、小型化和集成化需求,液冷散热方式已较为广泛应用。本文提出一种舰船电子设备降噪散热技术,重点解决散热效率、降噪和可靠性几方面,实现液冷模块正常工作下电子设备机内温度保持在10℃~38℃。The cooling methods of electronic equipment include natural cooling,forced air cooling,forced liquid cooling etc.In view of the demand for the noise reduction,heat dissipation,miniaturization and integration of electronic equipment in ship cabin,the liquid cooling has been widely used in industry,and there are relatively mature technical solutions.This paper presents a noise reduction&liquid cooling technology for ship electronic equipment.Through verifying the design of the system,it focuses on solving some aspects of heat dissipation efficiency,noise reduction and reliability,so as to realize that the temperature in the electronic equipment cabinet is kept between 10℃~38℃under the normal operation of the liquid cooling module.
