摘　　要：船舶建造行业竞争日益激烈,各船企想要在激烈的竞争环境中立于不败之地,就必须提升自己的综合能力,加强造船各环节的成本管控,寻求降本增效的途径和方法。散货船机舱底层盆舾装单元一体化设计、施工工序前移、减少对结构油漆的破坏将是最有效、最直接的方法之一。我司120 000 DWT散货船机舱底层盆舾装单元一体化设计研究取得了满意的效果,是低成本、高效率造船的一项有效举措,适应于船舶企业高质量发展的要求,可供同行参考。Competition in the ship construction industry is becoming increasingly fierce.If the ship building companies want to remain invincible in the fierce competition environment,they must improve their comprehensive ability,strengthen the cost control of all links of building,and seek ways and methods to reduce costs and increase efficiency.The integrated design of basin outfitting unit of engine room bottom of bulk carrier,the moving forward of the construction process and reducing the damage to the structural paint will be one of the most effective and direct methods.The research results have been applied in the real ships and achieved satisfactorily-expected results,and is an effective measure of"low cost and high efficiency"shipbuilding,and adapt to the requirement of high–quality development of ship building companies.Provide reference for people of the same industry.
