摘 要:钢丝绳支承波状挡边带式输送机能够跨越复杂地形,完成长距离、高效率的物料输送,兼具节能环保的特点。为了更好地将该类型输送机用于工程实际,文中主要运用悬链线理论研究钢丝绳与输送带在耦合状态下的均布的接触力,发现悬链线理论对于接触力的计算误差在5.8%,理论计算与仿真计算垂度误差在0.0383 m。同时通过Workbench平台对垂度、输送线路的变形作比较,验证集中力代替模型施加载荷的可行性,研究物料载荷、输送带张力、钢丝绳张力、固定架间距、滚轮间距等多种因素对钢丝绳支承下的输送带的集中力及垂度的影响,为后续该输送机研究提供参考。The belt conveyor with corrugated sidewalls supported by steel wire rope can cross complex terrain and transport materials efficiently for a long distance,which has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection.In order to better use this type of conveyor in practical engineering,in this paper,the catenary theory is mainly used to study the uniform contact force between steel wire rope and conveyor belt in the coupled state.The results show that the calculation error is 5.8%,and the sag error between theoretical calculation and simulation calculation is 0.0383 m.In addition,by comparing the sag and the deformation of the conveying route on the Workbench platform,the feasibility of applying load by concentrated force instead of the model was verified,and the influences of various factors such as material load,conveyor belt tension,steel wire rope tension,fixed frame spacing and roller spacing on the concentrated force and sag of the conveyor belt supported by steel wire rope were studied,which provides reference for the future research of the such conveyor.
