摘　　要：加强水文监测资料汇交管理和使用,是新时期水利高质量发展面临的形势和要求。文章对水文监测资料的定义及主要特点进行了分析,梳理了目前水文监测资料汇交管理和使用的政策制度和相关工作进展,总结了水文监测资料汇交管理和使用方面存在的主要问题,针对问题提出了相关措施建议,为进一步推进水文监测资料汇交管理和使用提供参考和支撑。Strengthening the collection management and use of hydrological monitoring data is the trend and requirement for the high-quality development of water conservancy.This article analyzed the definition and main characteristics of hydrological monitoring data,summarized the current policy system,related work progress and the main problems in the collection management and use of hydrological monitoring data,and put forward relevant measures and suggestions to further promote collection management and use of hydrological monitoring data.
