摘 要:柴油转子发动机采用缸内直喷加引燃点火的运行方式,其混合气形成对后续燃烧过程具有重要的影响。基于实验验证的三维动态数值仿真模型,研究了喷油位置对燃烧室内燃料分层规律的影响,分析了五组不同喷油位置下燃烧室内燃料的浓度、质量分数、蒸发量等信息的变化规律。研究结果表明:改变喷油位置,缸内平均压力和平均温度的变化均较小,但是燃烧室内和点火腔附近的燃料分布规律和质量分数变化明显。当采用较远的喷油位置,即远离点火腔时,燃烧室内分层混合气的分布位置和浓度较合理,点火腔周边的燃料浓度较适中。结合转子发动机向前的火焰传播特性,喷油位置为35 mm、40 mm和45 mm是优选的方案,其混合气分布更理想。为缸内直喷液体燃料转子发动机可燃混合气组织提供一些理论参考。The diesel rotary engine operates with direct injection plus pilot ignition mode.Thus the mixture formation in the combustion chamber has a vital influence on the subsequent combustion process.Therefore,based on the experimentally verified three-dimensional dynamic numerical simulation model,this paper investigated the effect of injection position on the fuel stratification rules.Also,the information change patterns,such as concentration,mass fraction and evaporation of fuel in the combustion chamber were analyzed under five different injection positions.The results show that changing injection position,the average pressure and temperature in-cylinder changed little,however,the fuel mass fraction and mixture distribution pattern in the combustion chamber and near the ignition chamber varied significantly.When a farther injection position was used,i.e.,away from the ignition chamber,the distribution position and concentration of the stratified mixture in the combustion chamber were more rational,and the fuel concentration around the ignition chamber was more moderate.Considering the forward flame propagation characteristics of the rotary engine,fuel injection positions of 35 mm,40 mm and 45 mm are the preferred schemes,which could obtain ideal mixture distribution.This paper can provide some theoretical references for the combustible mixture organization of liquid fuel direct injection rotary engines.
