摘　　要：随着新能源汽车市场的迅速发展,对新能源汽车行业高技能人才需求的日益增长,如何培养一支基础坚实、实战能力强、创新意识强的高技能人才队伍成为当今亟待解决的问题。针对该问题,该文提出了基于产教融合的新能源汽车行业创新型高技能人才培养模式,通过总结当前新能源汽车行业人才培养现状,分析新能源汽车行业高技能人才培养模式的不足,探讨基于产教融合的新能源汽车行业创新型高技能人才培养模式的理论和实践。With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle market,and the growing demand for highskilled talents in the new energy vehicle industry,how to cultivate a team of highly skilled talents with a solid foundation,strong practical ability and strong sense of innovation has become an urgent problem to be solved today.In this paper,according to the problem,proposed based on the fusion of new energy automobile industry innovative skilled personnel training mode,by summarizing the current situation of the new energy automobile industry talent training,analyzes the insufficiency of the new energy automobile industry highly skilled personnel training mode,discusses based on the fusion of new energy automobile industry innovative skilled personnel training mode of theory and practice.
