摘　　要：工程零件清单(EPL)是动力总成产品开发项目中各项数据的源头,就像人体内流淌的血液一样,起着至关重要的作用。它的完整性和准确性影响着动力总成产品项目开发的各个阶段,提升工程零件清单(EPL)的管理质量具有十分重大的意义。文章结合全球动力总成产品项目开发流程(GPDP)的各个阶段,探讨提升工程零件清单(EPL)管理质量的方法。The engineering parts list is the source of all data in the powertrain product development project,and plays a vital role like the blood flowing in the human body.Its integrity and accuracy affect all stages of powertrain product project development,and it is of great significance to improve the management quality of engineering parts list.This paper discusses the methods to improve the quality of engineering parts list management based on the different stages of global powertrain product project development process.
