摘　　要：在竞技体育领域,职业倦怠更多的是关注运动员的表现,但在其背后支撑的教练员却承受着更大的压力。在整合国内外有关竞技体育教练员职业倦怠相关研究的基础之上,本文综述了竞技体育教练员职业倦怠现状、概念、前因后果变量,并提出相应的改善措施和研究不足,为预防和干预教练员职业倦怠提供理论参考,为其更好地服务于竞技体育的发展提供新的研究思路。In the field of competitive sports,job burnout cares more about the performance of athletes,but the coaches who support them are under greater pressure.Based on the domestic and foreign researches on job burnout of competitive sports coaches,this article reviews the current situation,concept,antecedent and outcome variables of job burnout in competitive sports coaches,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and research deficiencies,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the prevention and intervention of coaches'burnout,and provide a new research ideas for them to better serve the development of competitive sports.
