川贝母历代本草附图辨误及药性考证

摘　　要：通过查阅历代本草典籍文献,从川贝母本草首次收录考证、本草附图考证、药性考证、功效考证、用药禁忌考证等5个方面梳理各时期医家关于川贝母的研究记载,从形态特征、产地对川贝母名称的由来及历代本草典籍中川贝母的附图进行辨误,并结合时代背景挖掘分析古文献中川贝母药性、功效及用药禁忌等方面的历史沿革和特点,为川贝母基础研究的开展及临床合理用药提供参考。By referring to the herbal classics of the past dynasties,the research sorts out the records of Fritillaria cirrhosa by doctors in different periods on the textual researches on the five aspects:the first inclusion,drawings attached to the herb,medicinal properties,efficacy and medication contraindications,and identifies Fritillaria cirrhosa from morphological characteristics,origin of the name and the drawings attached in the herbal classics of the past dynasties.Combining with historical background,the paper explores and analyzes the evolution and characteristics of the medicinal properties,efficacy and medication contraindications of Fritillaria cirrhosa in ancient literature,providing reference for the development of basic research and clinical application of Fritillaria cirrhosa.
