摘  要:为了改善锌镍二次电池中锌负极存在的严重极化问题,并提高锌负极的电化学性能和循环稳定性,采用水热–共沉淀法制备了表面沉积CaSn(OH)_(6)的锌酸钙,研究了CaSn(OH)_(6)的沉积对锌酸钙的形貌结构和电化学性能的影响.结果表明:水热–共沉淀法可以让CaSn(OH)_(6)沉积在锌酸钙表面,且制得的锌酸钙结晶度高.CaSn(OH)_(6)的沉积降低了锌酸钙的电荷转移电阻,加快了电化学反应速率,并提升了锌酸钙的耐腐蚀能力和电荷传递速率,有效的改善了锌电极的极化现象.将表面沉积CaSn(OH)_(6)的锌酸钙用作锌镍电池负极活性物质时,电池在0.2 C充放电循环70次后的容量保持率为85.34%.In order to improve the serious polarization problem of zinc negative electrode in zinc-nickel secondary batteries and to improve the electrochemical performance and cycling stability of zinc negative electrode,a hydrothermal-coprecipitation method was used to prepare CaSn(OH)_(6)deposited on the surface of calcium zincate and used as a negative active substance of zinc-nickel batteries.The results show that the hydrothermal-coprecipitation method can be used to deposit CaSn(OH)_(6)on the surface of calcium zincate,and the prepared calcium zincate has a high crystallinity.Based on the cyclic voltammetry test,the addition of CaSn(OH)_(6)reduces the charge transfer resistance of calcium zincate and is beneficial to accelerating the electrochemical reaction rate of calcium zincate in alkaline electrolyte,thus improving the discharge rate in the reaction process.The results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy confirm that calcium zincate with CaSn(OH)_(6)deposited on the surface electrode charge transfers impedance less rather than that of pure calcium zincate.The capacity retention rate of the battery is 85.34%after 70 charge discharge cycles at 0.2 C when calcium zincate with CaSn(OH)s deposited on the surface is used as a negative active material of Zn-Ni battery.
