摘　　要：中国排球职业联赛市场化运营是职业化改革的重要组成部分,经过职业化改革,在商务运营模式多样化、高水平外援积极引进、赛制调整等方面有所优化,但仍存在诸多问题问题。建议:加快排协实体化进程,建立产权清晰的管理机制;创新排球职业联赛品牌,优化商业运营环境;灵活协调联赛与全运会,促进优秀运动员流动;构建多层级排球联盟体系,加强联赛后备人才培养,以期为我国排球项目职业化改革提供参考。The market-oriented operation of China Volleyball Professional League is an important part of the professionalization reform.Through the professionalization reform,it has been optimized in the aspects of diversification of business operation mode,active introduction of high-level foreign aid and adjustment of competition system,but there remain many problems.Suggestions:Accelerate the materialization process of the association and establish a clear management mechanism with property rights;innovate the brand of volleyball professional league and improve the business operation environment;flexibly coordinate the league and the National Games to promote the flow of outstanding athletes;build a multi-level volleyball league system and strengthen the training of reserve talents in the league,so as to provide reference for the professional reform of volleyball events in China.
