摘  要:参考编织纤维增强复合材料表面形貌数据,利用3D打印技术制备并研究了不同表面纹理结构(凸起、凹坑)的聚乳酸材料耐刮擦性能。对不同纹理结构表面开展线性增加荷载模式刮擦实验,通过荷载曲线和显微图像对纹理结构表面刮擦破坏机理进行分析,并探讨纹理参数对耐刮擦性能的影响。实验结果表明:无论是凸起纹理还是凹坑纹理,刮擦破坏均出现在纹理上升段处并伴随有明显的“黏-滑”(“stick-slip”)现象;凸起纹理的“滑动”现象会缓解刮擦破坏现象;凹坑纹理的结构特征使“黏滞”和“滑动”发生的先后顺序改变,导致纹理上升段处更容易发生刮擦破坏;纹理高度比也对材料表面耐刮擦性能有显著的影响,只有在纹理高度比小且预设荷载低时,纹理结构表面才展现出较好的耐刮擦性能。本文研究对聚合物材料纹理结构表面的耐划伤设计有较好的工程参考意义。After referring to the surface morphology data of woven fiber-reinforced composites,the scratch resistance of PLA materials with different surface texture structures(convex and concave)were studied.Scratch experiments with linear increasing load pattern were conducted on the different textured surfaces,and the effect of texture parameters on the scratch resistance and mechanism were investigated by load curves and microscopic images.The experimental results show that the scratch damage occurs at the ascend section of the texture with obvious“stick-slip”phenomenon for both convex and concave textures.The“slip”phenomenon of the convex texture mitigates the scratch damage;the structural characteristics of the concave texture change the sequence of the“stick”and“slip”phenomena,resulting in a more pronounced“stick-slip”phenomenon at the ascend section of the texture.The texture height ratio also has a significant effect on the scratch resistance of the material surface,and only when the texture height ratio is small and the pre-set load is low,the textured surface shows better scratch resistance.This study has good engineering guidance for the design of scratch resistance of polymeric material′s textured surfaces.
