摘 要:在圆钢管型钢再生混凝土组合柱拟静力试验的基础上,结合现有混凝土塑性损伤准则,考虑再生粗骨料取代率的不利影响及钢管的强化约束效应,建立了组合柱的有限元模型,并对圆钢管型钢再生混凝土组合柱进行了抗震性能非线性分析;获取了组合柱的应力云图、变形图、计算滞回曲线和骨架曲线,通过计算结果与试验结果的对比,验证了有限元模型的合理性,并开展了组合柱抗震性能的有限元参数分析。结果表明,在参数分析范围内,随着型钢配钢率从5.54%增加到8.51%,组合柱的承载能力显著提高,最大增幅为23.67%;采用箱型型钢截面形式或降低外钢管径厚比可以显著提高组合柱的承载力与变形能力;适当增加轴压比可提高其承载力,但不利于延性变形;另外,再生粗骨料取代率对组合柱抗震性能等影响很小。上述研究结果可为圆钢管型钢再生混凝土组合柱在工程上的应用提供参考。Based on the quasi-static test of composite columns composed of recycled concrete filled profile steel and circular steel tube,combined with the existing plastic damage criterion of concrete,and considered the adverse effect of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and strengthened constraint effect of steel tube,and the finite element model of composite columns was established,and the seismic performance and nonlinear behavior of composite columns were analyzed.The deformation diagram,stress nephogram,calculated hysteretic curves and calculated skeleton curves of composite columns were obtained.The calculated values were compared with the experimental values to verify the reasonableness of the established finite element model and further finite element parametric analysis of the combined column was carried out.The results show that in the range of parameters to be analyzed,the ductile deformation and bearing capacity of composite columns enhanced effectively with the increase of profile steel ratio from 5.54%to 8.51%,which was the maximum increase of 23.67%.Increasing the wall thickness of circular steel tube or adopt box steel section form of built-in profile steel can effectively improve the bearing capacity of composite columns.Appropriately increasing axial compression ratio can improve the bearing capacity of composite columns,but the ductility deformation capacity was bad.Furthermore,the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate has no effect on the seismic performance indexes such as the bearing capacity and ductility of columns.The research results can provide guidance for the application of composite columns composed of recycled concrete filled profile steel and circular steel tube in engineering.
