摘 要:复杂地质条件下建设井筒首选冻结法,西部地区煤炭资源丰富,但多数煤炭资源埋藏在白垩系含水地层下。如果开采该地质条件下的煤炭资源,井筒必须穿过白垩系含水地层。此时,冻结凿井法是最佳选择。由于先前在白垩系地层条件下应用冻结凿井法建井的实例并不多见,针对白垩系地层条件下的冻结壁内部冻胀应力的变化规律进行研究具有工程意义。通过对穿过白垩系地层的陕西某矿井筒建设过程中冻结壁的内部冻胀应力进行实测,分析了冻结壁内部冻胀应力的变化规律,为其他类似工程提供一定的借鉴。Freezing method is preferred for shaft construction under complex geological conditions.The western region is rich in coal resources,but most of them are buried under the Cretaceous aquifer.In order to exploit the coal resources under this geological condition,the shaft must pass through the Cretaceous aquifer.At this time,the freezing shaft sinking method is the best choice.Because there are few previous examples of using freezing sinking method to build wells under the condition of Cretaceous stratum,it is of great engineering significance to study the variation law of frost heave stress in the frozen wall under the condition of Cretaceous stratum.In this paper,the internal frost heaving stress of the frozen wall during the construction of a mine barrel in Shaanxi passing through the Cretaceous stratum was measured,and the variation law of the internal frost heaving stress of the frozen wall was analyzed,providing a certain reference for other similar projects.
