摘　　要：目的:探讨终末期肾病(ESRD)患者透析后感染所致住院事件发生危险因素。方法:回顾性分析2016年01月—2020年06月于我院行透析治疗ESRD患者共387例临床资料,随访12个月内出现因感染所致住院事件108例,比较住院和未住院组临床特征资料,采用Logistic回归模型评价ESRD患者透析后感染所致住院事件发生独立危险因素。结果:住院和未住院组年龄、合并糖尿病情况、吸烟情况、首次透析后住院时间、血红蛋白(HGB)水平、红细胞(RBC)计数及白蛋白(Alb)水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单因素分析结果显示,年龄、HGB水平、Alb水平及首次透析后住院时间与ESRD患者透析后感染所致住院事件发生有关(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,高龄和低HGB水平均是ESRD患者透析后感染所致住院事件发生独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:ESRD患者透析后感染所致住院事件发生与高龄、低HGB水平间密切相关。Objective:To investigate the risk factors of hospitalization events caused by infection after dialysis in patients with ESRD.Methods:Clinical data of 387 patients with ESRD after dialysis were chosen in the period from January 2016 to June 2020 in our hospital and 108 cases with hospitalized events caused by infection were followed up for 12 months.The clinical characteristics of hospitalized and non hospitalized patients were compared.Logistic regression model was used to evaluate the independent risk factors of hospitalization events caused by infection after dialysis in patients with ESRD.Results:There were significant differences in age,diabetes mellitus,smoking,hospitalization time,HGB level,RBC count and Alb level between hospitalized and non hospitalized group(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that age,HGB level,Alb level and the length of hospital stay after the first dialysis were related to the incidence of hospitalization events caused by post dialysis infection in patients with ESRD(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that old age and low HGB level were independent risk factors for hospitalization events caused by post dialysis infection in patients with ESRD(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of hospitalized events caused by infection after dialysis in ESRD patients is closely related to elderly and low HGB level.
