摘  要:通过在Al-B_4C-K_2TiF_6反应体系中添加KBF_4引入B元素,采用超声辅助铸造法制备B_(4)C_(p)/Al复合材料。研究B元素添加对复合材料显微组织、力学性能及界面反应机理的影响。实验结果表明,添加B元素可以改变B_(4)C_(p)/Al的界面结构,使更多的小粒径TiB_2颗粒分布在基体中,因此空化和声流效应进一步增强,熔体中的B_4C团簇被破碎,使复合材料组织更加均匀、综合力学性能得到改善。Ultrasound assisted casting method was applied to preparing B_(4)C_(p)/Al composites with the addition of B element by adding KBF4 into Al-B4C-K2TiF6 system.The effects of B element addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties as well as the reaction mechanism at the interface of composites were investigated.Experimental results showed that B element addition altered the B_(4)C_(p)/Al interface,induced more small-sized TiB2 particles to distribute within the matrix.Therefore,cavitation and acoustic flow effects of the melt were intensified,which led to the breaking of B4C clusters and finally led to the homogeneous microstructure and better mechanical properties of the composites.
