人文社科论文基金项目标注不当研究——基于论文标注“福建省社会科学规划项目”的调查  

Research on Improper Labeling of Humanities and Social Sciences Fund Project Papers:A Survey Based on Papers Labeled as Fujian Provincial Social Science Planning Projects

摘　　要：论文基金项目标注不当分为形式不当和内容不当两种类型。通过中国知网对2020—2022年标注“福建省社会科学规划项目”的论文进行实证调查与分析,发现基金标注存在未标注项目来源、未标注项目名称、未标注项目号、随意简略项目来源名称等4种形式不当行为,以及无关基金、挂名基金、冒用基金、虚假基金、过期基金等5种内容不当行为。究其原因,既有制度规范和评价体系因素,也有期刊质量和学术不端因素。为此,应强化规划项目制度约束,完善成果鉴定结项制度,严格学术期刊主体责任,加强学术不端治理。Improper labeling of dissertation projects can be divided into two types:improper form and improper content.Through an empirical investigation and analysis of the papers labeled"Fujian Provincial Social Science Planning Projects"from 2020 to 2022 on China Knowledge Network,it is found that there are four types of improper labeling of funds,such as not labeling the project source,not labeling the project name,not labeling the project number,and randomly abbreviating the project source name,and five types of misconducts in the content,such as irrelevant funds,titular funds,fraudulent funds,false funds and expired funds.The reasons for improper labeling are attributed to the factors of system regulation,evaluation system,journal quality and academic misconduct.To this end,the system constraints of planning projects should be strengthened;the system of results identification and completion should be improved;the main responsibility of academic journals should be strictly enforced,and the governance of academic misconduct should be strengthened.
