基  金:北京协和医学院教育基金会委托课题-实现医防融合临床及公卫医师防治知识和技能要点研究。

摘  要:通过文献研究、专家访谈、小组讨论等方法精简归纳培训细则,形成公共卫生医师临床知识技能要点库,邀请17位专家,采用专家咨询法对临床知识技能要点库进行评分。经过2轮专家咨询和筛选,最终形成了包括5个一级维度、14个二级维度和74个三级维度的知识技能要点框架,初步构建了适用于我国公共卫生医师规范化培训的临床知识技能体系,为提升公共卫生医师临床能力、明确规范化培训中临床相关知识技能教育内容和方向提供参考和依据。Through literature research,expert interview and group discussion,the training content is simplified and summarized to form the database of clinical knowledge and skills for public health physicians.17 experts are invited to score the database of clinical knowledge and skills by expert consultation.After two rounds of expert consultation and screening,frameworks of knowledge and skills including 5 first-level dimensions,14 second-level dimensions and 74 third-level dimensions are finally formed.And a system of clinical knowledge and skills which is suitable for standardized training of Chinese public health physicians is initially constructed,so as to provide a reference and basis for improving the clinical ability of public health physicians and clarifying the educational content and direction of clinical knowledge and skills in standardized training.
