数智化背景下服装IE理论在中小型企业中的应用研究

摘　　要：在“中国制造2025”规划纲要指导下,智能制造成为纺织工业转型升级的重要推动力。IE系统将先进管理理念与技术有机融合,在持续改进中不断创新探索科学技术和管理融合模式,对中小型服装企业在数智化背景下转型起着重要作用。文章从IE原理进行梳理研究,拓展了在数智化背景下简化原理、标准化体系原理和创新的新内涵,结合企业实际情况把新内涵应用到服装中小型企业中,得出了中小型服装企业推行IE的策略。数智化背景下服装IE新内涵研究对企业创新有一定的指导意义,文章所提出的中小服装企业应用策略有利于管理模式创新。Guided by the"made in China 2025"plan,intelligent manufacturing has become an important driving force for the transformation and upgrading of the Textile manufacturing.The IE system organically integrates advanced management concepts and technologies,continuously innovating and exploring the integration mode of science and technology and management through continuous improvement,playing an important role in the transformation of small and medium sized clothing enterprises in the context of digital intelligence.This paper sorts out and studies the IE principle,expands the new connotation of simplification principle,standardization system principle and innovation under the background of digitalization.Combined with the actual situation of enterprises,the new connotation is applied to small and medium sized garment enterprises,and the strategies for promoting IE in small and medium sized clothing enterprises are proposed.The research on the new connotation of clothing IE under the background of digitalization has certain guiding significance for enterprise innovation.The application strategies proposed in the article for small and medium sized clothing enterprises are conducive to management mode innovation.
