摘  要:针对循环冷却水硬度较高的特点,对目前水处理技术中水质除硬工艺进行总结,同时以连云港徐圩新区再生水厂工程实例(全国工业园区单体规模最大的再生回用设施)为对象,对再生回用工艺关于循环水排污水除硬工艺段药剂投加量进行试验研究,在保证水质硬度达标的前提下实现节能降耗,以期为解决水处理硬度问题提供一定的参考。In view of the characteristics of high hardness of circulating cooling water,the current water quality dehar-dening process in water treatment technology is summarized.At the same time,taking Lianyungang Xuwei new dis-trict recycling water plant project(the largest single scale of recycling facilities in the industrial park in China)as ob-ject,the recycling process is tested and studied on the amount of reagent added in the recycling wastewater dehardening process section,and energy saving and consumption reduction can be achieved on the premise of ensuring water qual-ity hardness standards.It is expected to provide some reference value for solving the hardness problem of water treat-ment.
