摘 要:长流程钢铁企业工序多、用排水量大,仅用水数据不能准确反映全厂用、排水状况的全貌。在某钢铁企业的水平衡测试工作中,首次系统性地对各工序进行了排水测试,准确反映了用、排水之间的逻辑关系和实际情况,分析出水系统存在的问题。同时,理清全厂各环节各类排水水量及水质情况,为该钢铁企业废水零排放的相关改造提供数据支撑。Long process iron and steel enterprises have many processes and large water consumption and drainage,so water consumption data alone cannot reflect the overall situation of water consumption and drainage in the whole plant.In the water balance test of an iron and steel enterprise,the drainage test of each process is carried out systemat-ically for the first time.It accurately reflects the logical relationship and actual situation between water consumption and drainage,and then analyzes the problems existing in the water system.Meanwhile,it can also provide data support for the transformation of zero discharge of wastewater by clarifying the discharge and quality of production waste-water,domestic sewage and rainwater.
