摘　　要：本文对装配式建筑成本管理影响因素及成本管理中BIM技术的应用展开研究。首先,对装配式建筑成本管理影响因素进行分析,建立了装配式建筑成本管理影响因素指标体系,该指标体系包括决策阶段、设计阶段、生产阶段等5个一级指标,建筑类型与建设规模、工程建设标准、项目可行性研究等23个二级指标;其次,对装配式建筑成本管理中BIM技术的应用展开研究,从设计、生产、运输、施工4个阶段进行阐述,指出了运用BIM技术在各阶段控制成本的具体方式;最后,得出本次研究的相关结论,并给出一些建议。This paper studies the influencing factors of cost management of prefabricated building and the application of BIM technology in cost management.Firstly,the influencing factors of prefabricated building cost management are analyzed,and an indicator system of prefabricated building cost management influencing factors is established,the indicator system includes 5 first-level indicators in the decision-making stage,design stage,production stage,and 23 second-level indicators in the building type and construction scale,engineering construction standards,and project feasibility study;secondly,the application of BIM technology in the cost management of prefabricated building is studied,it is expounded from the 4 stages of design,production,transportation and construction,and the specific ways of using BIM technology to control costs in each stage are pointed out;finally,the relevant conclusions of this study are drawn and some reasonable suggestions are given.
