摘　　要：伊恩·麦克尤恩的《只爱陌生人》是一部创伤叙事特征非常突出的小说,作家运用创伤叙事手法再现了主人公罗伯特的童年创伤经历、卡罗琳的性虐待创伤经历和玛丽的家庭创伤经历。这些创伤经历的描写,益于读者反思创伤事件所蕴含的叙事意图,扩张了小说的阐释能力和教化功能。Ian McEwan’s“The Comfort of Strangers”is a novel with prominent features of trauma narration.The author uses trauma narrative techniques to reproduce the protagonist Robert’s childhood trauma experience,Caroline’s sexual abuse trauma experience,and Mary’s family trauma experience.The description of these traumatic experiences is beneficial for readers to reflect on the narrative intention contained in the traumatic events,expanding the explanatory power and educational function of the novel.
