摘  要:大学生心理健康状况与思政教育实效性密切相关,二者相互促进或制约。思政教育中有许多促进大学生心灵治愈的元素,如思政教育以人为本的原则、教师传道解惑的职责、塑造健全人格的教学目标等。课内教学设计环节应注重大学生心理健康,课外开展学雷锋活动以培养大学生的亲社会行为,从而使心理健康教育渗透到思政理论与实践教学中;从促进心灵成长、心理健康的维度创新思政教育工作机制,把心灵教育的成果运用于思政教育;分析思政教育中的供需矛盾,从提高教师供给能力、优化供给内容、改革供给方式三个方面出发,做好思政教育供给侧改革。The mental health status of college students is closely related to the effectiveness of ideological and po⁃litical teaching,and they promote or restrict each other.There are many elements in ideological and political teaching that promote the spiritual healing of college students,such as the people-oriented principle of ideologi⁃cal and political teaching,the responsibility of teachers to impart knowledge and solve doubts,and the teaching goal of shaping a healthy personality.Firstly,in-class teaching design focuses on the mental health of college stu⁃dents,and extracurricular activities of learning from Lei Feng are carried out to cultivate college students’prosocial behavior,so that mental health education can penetrate into ideological and political theory and practical teaching.Secondly,it is necessary to innovate the working mechanism of ideological and political teaching from the perspective of promoting spiritual growth and mental health,and to apply the results of spiritual education to ideological and political teaching.Finally,it is necessary to analyze the contradiction between supply and demand in ideological and political teaching,and do a good job in the supply-side reform of ideological and political teaching from three aspects:enhancing teachers’supply capacity,optimizing supply content,and reforming sup⁃ply methods.
