摘　　要：教学案例开发是课程思政示范课建设的重要一环。文章阐述了校级课程思政示范课——管理学原理课程的思政育人价值,以“组织文化塑造”知识单元的思政教学设计为例,指出高质量的思政教学案例开发应包含案例主题提炼、教学目标制定、思政素材筛选、有效教学实施、学习效果评价、教学反思等核心要素。Case development is an important part of the construction of ideological and political demonstration courses.This paper elaborates the value of the school-level ideological and political demonstration course Principle of Management in ideological and political education,and taking the ideological and political teaching design of the knowledge unit of“shaping organizational culture”as an example,points out that high-quality ideological and political teaching case development should include the core elements of case theme extraction,teaching objectives formulation,ideological and political material selection,effective teaching implementation,learning effect evaluation,teaching reflection and so on.
