摘 要:大跨钢结构空腹桁架具有自重较大、施工过程不确定因素多、结构受力复杂等特点,故其施工模拟分析是施工方案设计的重要依据。某工程大跨度钢结构空腹桁架长为35.3m,宽为25.3m,桁架自重约310t,由纵向四榀钢桁架和横向钢梁连接构成,采用地面拼装完成后再整体提升安装的施工方法。通过计算分析施工过程可能存在的受力工况及桁架中各构件的内力,以对桁架薄弱位置采取加强措施,确保施工过程安全可靠。The large-span steel structure open web truss has the characteristics of large self weight,multiple uncertain factors in the construction process,and complex structural forces.Therefore,its construction simulation analysis is an important basis for construction scheme design.The open-web truss of a large-span steel structure in a certain project has a length of 35.3 meters and a width of 25.3 meters.The truss has a self weight of about 310 tons and is composed of four longitudinal steel trusses and transverse steel beams connected.The construction method of overall lifting and installation is adopted after ground assembly is completed.This article calculates and analyzes the possible stress conditions during the construction process and the internal forces of each component in the truss,in order to take strengthening measures for the weak positions of the truss and ensure the safety and reliability of the construction process.
