摘 要:节段预制拼装波形钢腹板箱梁技术在控制质量、缩短工期等方面具有显著优势,而其施工工艺对模板台车的要求相对较高。因此针对节段预制拼装波形钢腹板箱梁模板台车的设计难点,总结形成了一套节段预制拼装波形钢腹板箱梁的模板台车设计要点。同时针对不同工况,应用有限元软件模拟出模板台车结构的模板变形和位移数值,结果证明该设计在满足强度、刚度、稳定性等方面的基本要求下,灵活性高,周期短。最后通过测量数据与设计数据进行偏差值分析,证明了该模板台车设计能够满足匹配梁段高精度定位要求。The segmental prefabrication and assembly of corrugated steel web box girder technology has significant advantages in controlling quality and shortening construction period,while its construction process requires relatively high requirements for formwork trolleys.Therefore,this article summarizes and forms a set of key design points for the template trolley of segmental prefabricated corrugated steel web box girder,in response to the design difficulties of the prefabricated corrugated steel web box girder template trolley.At the same time,finite element software was applied to simulate the deformation and displacement values of the template trolley structure for different working conditions.The results showed that the design has high flexibility and short cycle while meeting the basic requirements of strength,stiffness,stability,etc.Finally,by analyzing the deviation values between the measurement data and the design data,it was proved that the template trolley design can meet the high-precision positioning requirements of the matching beam segment.
