摘 要:在现代公共建筑中,集中生活热水供应已是普遍应用的系统,特别是酒店建筑、宿舍建筑、老年人照料设施等非住宅类居住建筑应用更为广泛。但用水点水温不稳定是人们常遇到的情形,也是相关运营管理单位重点维护、处理的用水问题之一。在工程设计阶段,有关设计规范针对集中热水供应系统的供水稳定、平衡性提出了原则性的规定。但大量工程实践表明:集中热水供应系统仅满足冷热水同分区、管路同程等基本条件,依然会出现“忽冷忽热”的现象。以动态水力分析的方法为水温稳定寻找工程技术措施,并利用消除或减小水锤压力的方式以稳定水温。In modern public buildings,centralized hot water supply system has been widely used,especially in hotel buildings,dormitory buildings,elderly care facilities and other non-residential residential buildings.However,the unstable water temperature at the water point is not only a common problem,but also one of the key maintenance and treatment problems of the related operation and management units.In the stage of engineering design,the related design code puts forward the principles for the stability and balance of water supply in the central hot water supply system.But a large number of engineering practice shows that the central hot water supply system can only meet the basic conditions of hot and cold water and sub-district,pipeline and so on,and the phenomenon of hot and cold still appears.In this paper,the dynamic hydraulic analysis method will be tried to find engineering measures for water temperature stability.The water temperature is stabilized by eliminating or reducing the water hammer pressure.
