摘　　要：地下综合管廊施工时容易受到外部因素的影响,如在施工范围内存在道路、河道、自来水管、煤气管道、供电电缆、通信光缆等,涉及各个部门管线迁移、改线、道路封闭的审批。由于涉及部门多,迁移、改线等时间不确定,不能一次性完成完整管廊的施工,进而产生冷缝,而冷缝容易导致基坑发生渗漏水的现象,影响施工质量。基于实际项目实施,对砂土层深基坑止水帷幕出现渗漏水进行分析并提出技术措施。During the construction of underground comprehensive pipe gallery,it is easy to be affected by external factors,such as roads,river courses,water pipes,gas pipes,power supply cables,communication optical cables,etc.within the scope of construction,involving the approval of pipeline relocation,rerouting,and road closure of various departments.Due to the multiple departments involved,the time of relocation,rerouting,etc.is uncertain,and the construction of the entire pipe gallery cannot be completed at one time,making the cement not congealed at the same time to produce cold joints,cold joints are easy to cause water leakage in the foundation pit and affect the construction quality.
