摘  要:选取两种典型海洋硅藻三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylum tricornutum)和威氏海链藻(Thalassiosira weissflogii),设置低光(8%自然光强)和高光(41%自然光强)两种光照条件,探究自然波动光强下两种硅藻的生长、叶绿素a和生物硅含量以及光响应曲线,并利用短期光胁迫实验分析适应不同培养光强后细胞对高光的耐受能力。结果表明,高光条件下培养的两种硅藻具有较低的叶绿素a含量,相较低光培养条件,两种硅藻的叶绿素a含量分别降低30%(三角褐指藻)和51%(威氏海链藻)。但两种硅藻的比生长速率、生物硅含量及单位叶绿素a的光合放氧速率无显著变化。短期光胁迫实验表明,前期培养光强会影响大粒径硅藻威氏海链藻在短期光胁迫下的光合活性:高光培养的威氏海链藻具有更强的光胁迫耐受能力,其光系统Ⅱ光化学活性抑制率为(34±5)%,显著低于低光培养威氏海链藻(59±6)%的抑制率。研究结果可为阐明硅藻如何响应及适应动态光强提供参考信息。Two typical marine diatoms,Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Thalassiosira weissflogii,were investigated under two light conditions:low light(8%natural light intensity)and high light(41%natural light intensity)in the present study.Their growth,chlorophyll a and biogenic silica contents,and light response curve were measured,and the tolerance of cells to high light stress was also analyzed by the short-term light stress experiment.The results showed that cells cultured under high light conditions had lower chlorophyll a content,with 30%(P.tricornutum)and 51%(T.weissflogii)lower contents than cells under low light conditions respectively.Their specific growth rate,biogenic silica content and chlorophyll a normalized photosynthetic oxygen evolution rate were not significantly altered.Short-term light stress experiment showed that the preceding culture light condition would affect the photosynthetic activity of the larger diatom T.weissflogii under high light stress:cells cultured under high light condition showed higher light stress tolerance,with significantly lower inhibition ratio(34±5)% of quantum yield of PSⅡ than(59±6)% for cells cultured under low light condition.This study can provide information for clarifying how diatoms respond and adapt to dynamic light intensities.
