摘　　要：随着我国基础设施建设的不断更新发展,既有建筑改造加固技术成为工程实施的新型领域。参考国内外研发的干挂专利技术研究,结合分体式天基板构造形式,通过深化装配式天基板女儿墙加固设计,采用结构加固及干挂一体化施工工艺,使古建筑琉璃瓦装饰施工与现代施工工艺相融合,实现干挂琉璃瓦曲面的有理化及组合单元的标准化,既可减少施工气候影响,满足施工周期要求,又可保证施工质量及后期维修不便的影响,为既有建筑屋面改造施工技术研究积累施工经验。As China's infrastructure construction constantly updates and develops,the renovation and reinforcement technology toward existing buildings has become a new domain of engineering construction.Relying on the dry-hanging patent technology developed at home and abroad and combined with the structure of split steel skeleton lightweight panel,this study integrates the glazed tile decoration construction of ancient buildings with modern construction technology by deepening the reinforcement design of prefabricated parapets with steel skeleton lightweight panels and adopting the construction technologies of structural reinforcement and dry hanging integration,thereby achieving the rationalization of dry-hanging glazed tile surface and the standardization of combination units.In this way,the climate impact on the construction can be reduced,the requirements for the construction period can be met,the construction quality can be better ensured,and the later maintenance will be more convenient,thus accumulating construction experience for the renovation technology of existing building roofs.
