某车站超大截面复杂造型清水混凝土施工技术研究

摘　　要：清水混凝土由结构主体混凝土一次浇筑成型,无需二次装饰,不仅节能环保,而且实现了建筑造型与结构受力的和谐统一,是建筑与结构的精妙融合。在人们生活水平及审美水准不断提高的背景下,清水混凝土融入了更多的人文色彩,造型越来越丰富,观感要求越来越高,施工难度也日益增大。本研究介绍了某车站“开花形”清水混凝施工技术,阐述了钢筋、模板的施工工艺及混凝土施工质量控制要点,实现了清水混凝土“内坚外美”的艺术效果。Fair-faced concrete is poured at a time into main structures,without secondary finishing.In addition to energy conservation and environmental protection,the architectural style is harmonized with structural stress,which is an exquisite integration of architecture and structure.With the living and aesthetic standards rising,fair-faced concrete is made more humanistic,leading to more attractive characteristics and also more difficulties in construction.This paper introduces the flower-type fair-faced concrete construction technology of a certain station,and describes quality control priorities in steel bar and formwork construction and concrete construction,so that fair-faced concrete is both solid and attractive.
