摘　　要：随着建筑工业化的发展,机电安装工程面临转型升级的考验。目前对于工期紧、场地空间有限、人工成本高的项目,机电安装的发展趋势是将这种区域的机电管线安装工程在工厂中生产加工成型、模块化组装完成后,运输至工地现场快速安装,该技术具有广阔的发展空间,可为同类工程施工技术提供参考。With the development of building industrialization,mechanical and electrical installation engineering is facing challenges in transformation and upgrading.In response to tight construction periods,restricted site space and high labor costs,the trend of mechanical and electrical installation involves the prefabrication of mechanical and electrical pipelines in factories,modular assembly and transportation to sites for quick installation.This technology has broad prospects for development,which provides a reference for construction of similar projects.
