摘  要:结合工程实例,使用木模板施工的框架剪力墙结构工程,因现浇结构竖向构件施工缝处模板加固措施不到位,导致外墙竖向构件根部主要受力部位出现的露筋、轴线位置偏差等严重缺陷,对现有加固工艺进行了改良,提出了一种可循环利用的施工缝模板分段式加固技术。与传统工艺相比,该加固技术不仅降低了露筋、轴线位置偏差缺陷的出现频率,而且主要受力构配件均可重复利用,经济效益良好,施工效率高。In conjunction with engineering examples,the existing reinforcement technology for frame shear walls with timber formworks was improved against rebar exposure,axis deviation and other serious defects of major stressed parts at the roots of cast-in-place vertical members of exterior walls due to improper reinforcement of construction joint formworks.A segmented reinforcement technology is proposed for recyclable construction joint formworks.Compared with conventional technology,this reinforcement technology is helpful to reduce the frequency of rebar exposure and axis deviation.Moreover,major stressed members can be recycled,leading to good economic benefits and high construction efficiency.
