摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,加强产业工人的思想政治引领,逐步实现产业工人的精神富有,是党赋予工会的重要政治责任。当前外部形势和网络环境复杂,非公企业产业工人存在思想政治引领难度加大,基层思想政治建设重视不够、建设力量有待加强,产业工人身份认同感不足等问题。须在以下几方面做出努力:通过实施思想政治引领工程,促进实现产业工人精神富有;通过不断健全机制,加强思想政治建设制度保障;通过丰富思想政治建设手段,强化宣传教育;通过加大权益维护,实现产业工人物质富足和精神富有相互促进等。Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism.Strengthening the ideological and political guidance of industrial workers and gradually realizing the cultural-ethical enrichment of industrial workers are important political responsibilities entrusted to trade unions by the Communist Party of China.The current external situation and network environment are complex,and the problems of the industrial workers in non-public enterprises include the increasing diffi culty of ideological and political leadership,insuffi cient attention to grassroots ideological and political construction,construction forces that need to be strengthened,and industrial workers’lack of sense of identity.Therefore,efforts must be made in the following aspects:to realize the spiritual enrichment of industrial workers through the implementation of ideological and political leading projects;strengthen the system guarantee of ideological and political construction through continuous improvement of the mechanism;Strengthen publicity and education by enriching the means of ideological and political construction;realize the material and spiritual prosperity of industrial workers and promote each other by increasing the protection of their rights and interests.
