摘 要:在国内外教育环境发生诸多变化的现实背景下,教育工会面临新的“政策”和“问题”场景,积极推进高校工会工作高质量发展成为时代课题。基于高校工会的职能、定位、服务、赋能等属性,通过系统论证高校工会高质量发展的导向、数字化转型、履职定位、育人功能四个机制创新的基本面向,指出高校工会要以落实“十四五”规划为导向,以打造“智慧工会”数字化转型为关键,在履职中双向赋能,落实好立德树人的根本任务,从而实现高校工会高质量发展的目标。Under the realistic background of many changes in the educational environment at home and abroad,educational trade unions are facing new“policy”and“problem”scenarios.It has become a topic of the times to promote the high-quality development of trade union work in colleges and universities by active means.Based on its function,positioning,service,empowerment,etc.,four basic aspects of innovation,including development orientation,digital transformation,job performance orientation,and education function,are proposed and demonstrated.In order to achieve the goal of high-quality development of university trade unions,it is necessary to comprehensively promote the"14th Five-Year Plan"for the digital transformation of university trade unions,take the digital transformation of"smart trade unions"as the key,empower both sides in the performance of duties,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.
