摘 要:为选育出适宜河南南部种植的食用高粱,以高产耐旱品种宛089为母本、冀粱2号为父本进行杂交,经过连续加代繁育和系圃选择,选育出了宛粱9号。该品种2年鉴定试验平均产量407.7 kg/667 m^(2),粗蛋白含量(质量分数)9.44%,粗淀粉含量74.1%,单宁含量0.16%,赖氨酸含量3.56%。经田间和室内鉴定,宛粱9号中抗丝黑穗病、中抗蚜虫、中抗螟虫,适宜在河南南部高粱夏播区种植。2019年该品种获得非主要农作物品种登记证书[编号:GPD高粱(2019)410044]。In order to breed food sorghum suitable for planting in southern Henan Province,Wan 089,a high-yield and drought-tolerant variety,was used as the maternal parent and Jiliang No.2 as the paternal parent.Wan Liang No.9 was bred through continuous additive breeding and line selection.The average yield of the 2-year identification test was 407.7 kg/667 m^(2),and the crude protein content(mass fraction,same below)was 9.44%.Crude starch content was 74.1%,Tannin content was 0.16%,and lysine content was 3.56%.Field and laboratory identification showed that Wanliang No.9 was suitable for planting in summer sorghum area in southern Henan province with medium resistance to head smut,aphids and borers.It passed National Non-major Crop Variety Registration[Registration Number:GPD Sorghum(2019)410044].
