摘  要:碱性锌锰(碱锰)电池钢壳是由预镀镍钢带经过车床冲压形成的,其表面残留的污垢会影响电池性能。将氢氧化钾(KOH)、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAB)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)配合,形成一种低成本、无污染的清洗剂,用于碱锰电池预镀镍钢壳的表面清洗,具有较好的清洗效果。清洗后的钢壳在35℃下用质量分数5%的NaCl溶液进行盐雾实验,4 h不生锈,达因值相较于商用清洗剂清洗的钢壳提高2 dyn/cm。大规模生产的LR6电池在3.9Ω连放,放电时间约为410 min;在25℃下放置30 d和60℃下放置8周后,放电时间衰减率分别仅为0.92%和8.78%。The steel can of alkaline Zn/MnO_(2) battery was obtained by pre-nickel-plated steel strip through lathe stamping,the residual dirt on its surface would affect battery performance.A low-cost and environmentally friendly detergent composed of potassium hydroxide(KOH),coir amide propyl betaine(CAB)and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),was applied to the cleaning for pre-nickel-plated steel can of alkaline Zn/MnO_(2) battery,which had good cleaning effect.The cleaned steel can was not rusted after salt spray test with 5%(mass fraction)NaCl solution at 35℃for 4 h,its Dyne-value was increased by 2 dyn/cm relative to that of cleaning with commercial detergent.The discharge time of large-scale produced LR6 batteries was about 410 min under 3.9Ωcontinuous discharge,which was attenuated by 0.92%and 8.78%after storage at 25℃for 30 d and 60℃for 8 weeks,respectively.
