艾草种子活力及休眠解除方法研究

摘  要:艾草种子在自然状态下萌发率极低,严重影响了艾草种子繁殖效率及繁殖质量。为了满足艾草实际应用和品种保护需求,本研究开展了艾草种子活力检测试验,并探索了解除休眠的有效方法。结果表明:自然成熟状态下的艾草种子活力偏低,平均染色率仅为77.4%,自然萌发率低于2%;细沙低温层积、细沙变温层积、赤霉素浸种均可打破部分艾草种子的休眠状态,提高萌发率。其中:200 mg/L赤霉素浸种48 h对艾草种子解除休眠有积极作用,萌发率最高可达24.5%;细沙层积后用200 mg/L赤霉素浸种48 h并进行变温处理对解除休眠最有效,艾草种子萌发率可达到38.1%。The seed germination rate of Artemisia argyi in natural conditions is extremely low,which seriously affects the reproductive efficiency and quality of Artemisia argyi seeds.In order to meet the practical application and variety protection needs of Artemisia argyi,this study conducted experiments to detect the seed vigor of Artemisia argyi and explored effective methods for relieving dormancy.The results showed that the seed vigor of Artemisia argyi under natural maturity was relatively low,with an average staining rate of only 77.4%and a natural germination rate of less than 2%.Fine sand cold stratification,fine sand alternative temperature stratification,and GA3 soaking could all break the dormancy state of some Artemisia argyi seeds and improve germination rate.Among them,soaking seeds with 200 mg/L GA3 for 48 hours had a positive effect on breaking dormancy of Artemisia argyi seeds,with a maximum germination rate of 24.5%.After fine sand stratification,soaking the seeds with 200 mg/L GA3 for 48 hours and combined with variable temperature treatment was the most effective way to break dormancy,and the germination rate of Artemisia argyi seeds could reach 38.1%.
