摘 要:为了解镉对重齿毛当归的伤害机制和促进独活产业安全生产,利用浓度为0、25、50、75、100、200 mg/L的镉离子溶液处理重齿毛当归种子,研究镉胁迫对重齿毛当归种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:镉离子浓度与发芽率、根长、耐性指数成极显著负相关(P<0.01),与发芽势、苗高成显著负相关(P<0.05),与发芽指数不相关(P>0.05);0、25 mg/L镉离子溶液处理对重齿毛当归种子萌发有促进作用,50、75、100 mg/L镉离子溶液处理对重齿毛当归种子萌发有抑制作用,镉离子浓度为200 mg/L时种子无法萌发;随着镉离子浓度升高,重齿毛当归幼苗根长和苗高均变短,100 mg/L时重齿毛当归幼苗褐化死亡;镉离子对幼苗根长的抑制作用强于对苗高的抑制作用。In order to understand the damage mechanism of Angelica pubescens and the safety production of radix Angelica pubescens industry,the seeds of Angelica pubescens were treated with 0,25,50,75,100,200 mg/L cadmium ion solution,and the effects of cadmium stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Angelica pubescens were studied.The results showed that cadmium ion concentration was significantly negatively correlated with germination rate,root length and tolerance index(P<0.01),significantly negatively correlated with germination potential and seedling height(P<0.05),and not correlated with germination index(P>0.05).The treatment of 0,25 mg/L cadmium ion solution promoted the germination of Angelica pubescens seeds.The treatment of 50,75,100 mg/L cadmium ion solution inhibited the germination of Angelica pubescens seeds.When the concentration of cadmium ion was 200 mg/L,the seeds of Angelica pubescens could not germinate.With the increase of cadmium ion concentration,the root length and seedling height of Angelica pubescens seedlings shortened.When cadmium ion concentration was 100 mg/L,Angelica pubescens seedlings browning and died.The inhibitory effect of cadmium ion on seedling root length was stronger than that on seedling height.
