摘　　要：家庭参与式护理作为一种新兴成熟的NICU护理模式,已成为早产儿健康领域的关注重点。本文阐述了家庭参与式护理模式的起源、在NICU早产儿照护中的实施方法、干预目标和干预效果,并根据我国NICU开展家庭参与式护理的不足与难点,从环境基础、实施策略、研究方法、未来研究方向上提出展望,旨在为国内学者在NICU开展家庭参与式护理提供参考和借鉴。Family integrated care(FICare)model as a new but mature NICU care model,has become a focus of attention in the field of preterm infant health.This paper expounds the origin of FICare,implementation methods,intervention objectives and effects in the care of preterm infants in NICU.Based on the shortcomings and difficulties of FICare applied in Chinese NICU,the environmental infrastructures,implementation strategies,research methods and future directions are discussed in order to provide reference for domestic scholars to carry out FICare in NICU.
