摘 要:与线性驱动电源相比,开关模式激光驱动电源具有损耗小、效率高等优点,能较好地满足半导体激光器对驱动电源的要求,但在实现低电流纹波和脉冲边沿快速响应方面还存在一定的缺陷。在降压式变换(Buck)电路基础上,提出了一种新型的多相交错并联脉冲电流源拓扑,利用电感预储能、能量回馈、开关管合理控制实现快速响应和低电流纹波。运用比例积分(PI)控制和平均电流方法对电流响应和纹波进行准确控制。通过Matlab/Simulink软件仿真,讨论了PI参数及电感量的值对输出电流纹波大小和稳定性的影响,并与无PI控制和均流控制及传统交错并联拓扑进行了仿真对比,验证新型拓扑电路的可行性和有效性。Compared with the linear driving power supply,the switchmode power supply of laser driving has the advantages of low loss and high efficiency,meeting the demands for the power supply of semiconductor lasers.However,it is still a major challenge to achieve a low current ripple and fast response to pulse edges.A new topology of a multiphase interleaved parallel pulse current source is proposed on the basis of Buck circuit,and utilizes inductive prestorage,energy feedback,and reasonable control of the switch to achieve a fast response and low current ripple.In terms of control,the Proportional Integral(PI)control and the average current sharing method are applied to accomplish the accurate control of the current response and ripple.Based on the Matlab/Simulink simulation,the effects of the PI parameters and the inductance on the stability and ripple of the output current were discussed.Compared with the simulation results of the topology without PI and current sharing control,as well as the traditional interleaved parallel topology,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed topology were well verified.
