摘　　要：鸡胚免疫技术特指在孵化后期对鸡胚进行免疫接种,使得雏鸡一出生便获得主动免疫的技术。作为一种肿瘤性疾病,鸡马立克氏病(Marek’sdisease,MD)可引起鸡淋巴增生、各种器官和肌肤发生肿瘤病灶等。近年来,随着鸡养殖行业规模化、集约化的发展,鸡群饲养密度的不断增加,鸡马立克氏病的发生概率逐年攀升。此外,该病广泛流行于全世界,传染性强,危害大,与亚洲鸡瘟和传染性法氏囊病被列为阻碍养鸡行业发展的三大疾病,严重影响着我国养鸡业的健康发展。目前,对鸡马立克氏病尚无有效的治疗药物,主要依靠疫苗接种防治此病,故实现鸡马立克氏病的有效免疫具有重要意义。本文详细介绍鸡马立克氏病的特点及综合防控措施,系统剖析鸡胚免疫技术的优缺点及其在各个领域的应用情况,旨在为相关从业人员提供参考。Embryo immunization technology refers to the immunization of chicken embryos at the late stage of hatching so that the chicks are actively immunized from birth.Chicken Marek's disease(MD)is a neoplastic disease that can cause lymphatic hyperplasia,tumor lesions in various organs and skin,etc.in chickens.In recent years,with the development of the chicken breeding industry on a large scale and intensification,and the increasing density of chicken rearing,the probability of chicken MD has been rising year by year.In addition,the disease is widely prevalent in the world,highly contagious and harmful,and Newcastle disease and infectious bursal disease are listed as the three major epidemics affecting the healthy development of the chicken industry,seriously affecting the healthy development of China's chicken breeding industry.At present,there is no effective treatment drug for chicken MD,mainly relying on vaccination to prevent and control the disease,so it is important to achieve effective immunization of chicken MD.Here,this research introduced the disease characteristics and preventive measures of chicken MD.then,the research introduced the advantages and limitation of in-ovo vaccination and its application,aiming to provide reference imformations for relevant practitioners.
