摘  要:兰州大尾羊是我国优良的地方畜禽遗传资源。为进一步了解和掌握兰州大尾羊的生长发育规律,本研究以兰州大尾羊母羊为研究对象,利用3种生长曲线模型对初生到24月龄的兰州大尾羊母羊的体重和体尺性状进行拟合分析,并筛选出了最佳的生长拟合曲线模型。结果表明,Von Bertalanffy模型对兰州大尾羊母羊的体重和体尺性状拟合效果最佳,其中兰州大尾羊母羊体重生长拐点为(2.40月龄、18.77 kg),胸围生长拐点为(1.64月龄、30.67 cm);体重和体尺性状的生长发育规律分析结果表明,2~4月龄为兰州大尾羊母羊的快速生长发育阶段,之后体重和体尺性状的生长强度逐渐下降,表明兰州大尾羊母羊具有早期生长发育快,增重速率高的显著优势,是发展我国西北干旱半干旱地区绵羊产业的优良种质资源。本研究结果可为兰州大尾羊的遗传资源保护及其创新利用提供理论依据。Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep are an excellent local livestock genetic resource.This study investigated the growth and development patterns of Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep.Three models were screened for accuracy to fit growth curves for body weight and trait measurements in female Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep from birth to 24 months of age.The results showed that the Von Bertalanffy model was the optimal growth curve model for this species.The inflection point for weight growth of female Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep was 2.40 months old(18.77 kg)and that for chest circumference growth was 1.64 months old(30.67 cm).Growth pattern analysis revealed that the fastest growth and development period of female Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep was at 2 to 4 months.After 4 months,the development rate of weight and trait measurement decreased gradually with the increase in monthly age.The results showed that female Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep possessed significant advantages of rapid growth and development at an early stage with a high weight gain rate;thus,they are an excellent germplasm resource for developing the sheep industry in arid and semi-arid areas of northwest China.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the conservation and innovative use of genetic resources of Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep.
