摘 要:采用巢式方差分析、相关分析、聚类分析及主成分分析等方法,比较分析吉林省长白山水榆花楸(Sorbus alnifolia(Sieb.et Zucc.)K.Koch)天然分布区13个种群的8个种实性状,研究种群间及种群内种实性状多样性及种实性状变异与环境因子间的相关性.结果表明:除果长性状在种群间较为稳定外,水榆花楸种实性状在种群间和种群内存在广泛变异;8个种实性状的平均变异系数为22.89%,变异幅度为13.48%~43.20%;种实性状在种群间的平均表型分化系数为34.94%,种群内变异是种实性状变异的主要来源;果柄长与纬度呈显著正相关,与年降水量呈显著负相关,果柄随纬度增大呈变长趋势,随年降水量增大呈变短趋势;聚类与主成分分析将不同种群水榆花楸分为5类,受地理因子影响最大的是吉林龙潭山种群的果实性状和磐石江南林场种群的种子性状.Eight seed and fruit traits of 13 populations in the natural distribution area of Sorbus alnifolia in Changbaishan,Jilin Province were compared and analyzed to study the diversity of seed and fruit traits among and within populations and the correlation between seed and fruit traits variation and environmental factors by nested analysis of variance,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that the seed and fruit traits of Sorbus alnifolia varied widely among and within populations,except that the fruit length was relatively stable among populations;The average variation coefficient of 8 seed and fruit traits was 22.89%,and the variation range was 13.48%~43.20%;The average phenotypic differentiation coefficient of seed and fruit traits among populations was 34.94%,the variation within the populations was the main source of variation of seed and fruit traits;The fruit stalk length had a significant positive correlation with latitude and a significant negative correlation with annual precipitation.The fruit stalk showed a longer trend with the increase of latitude and a shorter trend with the increase of annual precipitation;Cluster analysis and principal component analysis divided different populations of Sorbus alnifolia into 5 categories,the fruit traits of the Longtan Mountain population in Jilin City and the seed traits of the Panshi Jiangnan Forest Farm population were most affected by geographical factors.
