短波紫外线联合干扰素α2b治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨重组干扰素α2b联合短波紫外线治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床应用效果.方法随机将80例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿分为试验组和对照组,每组40例.两组均予以积极对症支持治疗、重组人干扰素α2b喷剂辅助治疗,试验组在此基础上联合应用短波紫外线照射治疗.对比分析两组患者发热症状消失所需时间、咽部疼痛缓解所需时间、咽部疱疹吸收所需时间等;比较两组治疗前后炎症介质(TNF-α、CRP)、心肌损伤指标(cTnⅠ、CK-MB)及不良反应发生情况.结果试验组咽痛缓解时间、疱疹吸收时间、正常进食时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组TNF-α、CRP、cTnⅠ、CK-MB水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论以短波紫外线联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效确切,可加快患儿临床症状的缓解,安全性高.Objective To investigate the efficacy of narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet combined with recombinant human interferonα2b in the treatment of children with herpes simplex.Method 80 cases of children with herpes pharyngeal inflammation were divided into two groups randomly,experimental group and control group,with 40 cases each.The children in the two groups were given positive symptomatic support treatment and recombinant human interferonα2b spray adjuvant treatment,the experimental group was combined with short-wave ultraviolet irradiation treatment on this basis.Compare the difference of disappearance of fever,the relief of pharyngeal pain and the absorption of pharyngeal herpes,the inflammatory mediators(TNF-α,CRP),myocardial injury indexes(cTn I,CK-MB)and the occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The relief time of pharyngeal pain,herpes zoster absorption time,normal feeding time of experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,CRP,cTn I and CK-MB in experimental group after treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of short-wave ultraviolet combined with recombinant human interferonα2b for herpestic pharyngitis is accurate,and its application can accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms in a safer way,which is suitable for children.
