摘 要:人才是现代医院持续发展的基础,核心人才的流失将严重影响医院的正常运行。为保证医院的稳定运行,降低核心人才流失率,在以Price-Mueller理论模型分析核心人才流失的行为规律和原因的基础上,以上海市某公立医院为例,探索公立医院核心人才流失危机预警管理体系建设,对核心人才流失倾向进行监测、预警和干预,包括建立流失预警指标、确定指标维度、设置预警分级、启动预警干预等,以期稳定医院核心人员队伍,持续提升医院竞争力。Talents are the basis for the sustainable development of modern hospitals,and the loss of core talents will seriously affect the normal operation of hospitals.In order to ensure the stable operation of the hospital and reduce the core talent turnover rate,based on the analysis of the behavior patterns and causes of core talent turnover with the Price-Mueller theoretical model,and taking a public hospital in Shanghai as an example,the construction of an early warning management system for core talent turnover crisis in public hospitals are explored to monitor,warn and intervene in the tendency of core talent turnover,including the establishment of early warning indicators for turnover,the determination of indicator dimensions,the setting of early warning grading and the activation of early warning intervention,with a view to stabilizing the core staff team of the hospital and continuously improving its competitiveness.
