摘　　要：我国医护人员面临的职业倦怠和心理困扰日趋严重,提升医护人员抗逆力水平已经成为必须面对的现实课题。检索域外文献和域外医疗机构的实践做法,并将经验进行本土化研究,对于我国医护人员的抗逆力提升具有重要意义。在医护人员抗逆力概念和特征界定的基础上,阐释医护人员抗逆力的价值,分析我国医护人员抗逆力现状与存在的问题,提出培养医护人员抗逆力的路径。The job burnout and psychological distress faced by medical staff in China are becoming increasingly severe,and improving the level of resilience of medical staff has become a realistic issue that must be faced.Retrieving foreign literature and the practices of medical institutions abroad,and conducting localized research on the experience is of great significance to the improvement of the resilience of Chinese medical staff.On the basis of defining the concept and characteristics of the resilience of medical personnel,the value of resilience of medical personnel is explained to analyze the current situation and problems of resilience of medical staff in China.It also proposes the path of medical staff's resilience.
