加强基层行政事业单位财务人员管理的思考与对策——以陕西省Y市L县为例

摘　　要：随着经济社会的高速发展,基层行政事业单位财务工作越来越复杂化、多样化、规范化。基层财务部门无法更好地应对当前财务工作的新挑战。针对现阶段基层行政事业单位财务工作中存在财务人员管理方法和财务人员自身两方面问题进行剖析,提出了健全财务监督体系、考核体系、加强财务人员培训、增强责任意识、改变观念的对策,为基层行政事业单位财务人员业务能力提升、财务工作的有效开展提供了很好的建议。With the rapid development of economy and society,the basic financial department can not better cope with the new challenges of the current financial work.Analyzing the present basic administrative institution financial work in financial personnel management methods and financial personnel itself,this paper put forward the countermeasures of sounding financial supervision system,evaluation system,strengthening financial personnel training and the responsibility consciousness,changing ideas.These are good suggestions for the basic administrative institution financial personnel business ability promotion,the financial work effectively.
